Registration fees are detailed in the table below. On-line registration will be accepted
until April 1st, 2019. On-line early registration must accompany fee payment. Your
registration will be acknowledged by e-mail.
Thereafter, you must register on site.
After December 31st 2018:
*BioME - Bioinformatics Multidisciplinary Environment will grant exclusive discount to graduate students at the Natal Bioinformatics Forum. This was possible due to financial support obtained by the organizers. The registration fee, which was previously R$ 450.00, will be R$ 250.00, and is exclusive to students regularly enrolled in any Brazilian graduate program. Reimbursement of the difference will be made to the students who paid the full price.
To qualify for reduced price registration, students must register at http://bioinfo.imd.ufrn.br/nbf/usuario/registration/ and attach the proof of enrollment at the appropriate place. Then, the student will proceed to the payment tab, where the discount will be automatically granted.
Please note: if the student does not attached a valid proof of enrollment by the deadline of 03/15/19, the reduced price registration will be canceled and the participation in the Forum will be conditioned to the payment of the difference of the initial value of the registration fee.

Receive the Congress Brochure with the detailed program, on site;
Have access to the printable Certificate of Participation, through the website;
Have access to the printable Certificate of Study Presentation (for presenting authors),
through the website;
Cancellation and reimbursement
In case there is formal notice of cancellation by participants, an e-mail must be sent to
email@example.com with a reimbursement request up to 30 (thirdy) days prior
to Forum opening. Reimbursement will be made up to 45 days after the event and the 50% of the paid
amount will be reimbursed.
Important note: No refunds will be provided in case of missing the event.
